Attended PD today [16th May] with Marian Pearce on Te Reo in the classroom, Intergrating Maori In The Mainstream She modeled how to introduce and use vocabulary in the classroom. She modeled phrases, and stretched our understanding and use of phrases around feelings.On her return visit we made kawakawa balm, with bees wax and boiled kawakawa leaves. Each child was able to take a pot home. We got great feed back from Whanau.
